5. Payments
Payment terms are determined by the applicable quotation or project agreement.
EONVDM may require a deposit or advance payment before commencing certain work, purchasing materials, ordering branded goods, reserving production capacity or commencing installation.
Work may be suspended where amounts due remain unpaid, subject to applicable law and the relevant agreement.
6. Design work, approvals and revisions
Where EONVDM provides design or branding services, the client is responsible for checking names, spelling, contact details, colours, dimensions, specifications and other supplied information before final approval.
Once artwork or specifications have been approved, EONVDM may treat the approval as authorisation to proceed.
Revision limits, additional revisions and source-file delivery will be governed by the applicable quotation or project agreement.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, EONVDM retains intellectual-property rights in its original concepts, working files, templates, processes and materials until ownership or licensing is expressly transferred.
Client-supplied logos, photographs, trademarks, text and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
The client is responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to EONVDM may lawfully be used.
Final ownership or licence rights for commissioned work will be determined by the applicable quotation or project agreement and, where relevant, by full payment.
8. Website intellectual property
The design, layout, branding, graphics, text, code and other original content of this website are owned by or licensed to EONVDM unless otherwise indicated.
